Terms of purchase

This text is a translation of the Swedish original and must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Seller

The product

The product is a digital guide, “Sweden's Best Glamping Guide”, giving access to editorial content, destination information, comparisons and tools within the service. Accommodation is not included and is always booked separately with each destination.

Price and VAT

Total price SEK 149 including VAT. The price is for a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring fees. One purchase gives access to the guide in all languages.

Payment

Payment is made by card via Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate after approved payment, by linking access to your account.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

When buying digital content delivered immediately, you give express consent at checkout for delivery to begin at once and confirm what this means for the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection rules. The consent is stored together with its timestamp and order id.

Complaints

If access does not work as agreed, contact info@sverigesglampingguide.se and we will fix the problem or refund the purchase.

Intellectual property

All content in the guide is protected by copyright. The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the content. It may not be copied, published or resold.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies.
